Where can I purchase A Spoon Full of Hope items?
Items can purchased on our website and at Second Harvest Food Bank’s main facility located at 411 Mercy Drive, Orlando, Florida 32805. You can also find our items in several Orlando-area stores.

How can I pick products up at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida?
Lunches for Good are available for pick up at the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida front desk, all other products will be delivered.

Order Status

How long does shipping take?
Shipments will go out within one or two business days after payment.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Unfortunately, quantities cannot be changed once the order has been placed; however, orders can be canceled if it hasn’t yet shipped.

How do I track my order?

What happens when my expected order never arrives?

Once you sign into your account you will have the option to edit your account details. You will also be able to see your order history.

Product Orders

How much is my shipping?
Orders placed before 3 p.m. EST will typically be processed and shipped by the following business day. Shipping cost will be based on your zip code and your selected shipping method.

When will my order ship?
Metro Orlando deliveries are made on Tuesday and Friday. USPS is subject to the type of shipping selected.

What are my payment choices?
Master Card, Visa, American Express & Apple Pay

How do you ship your cookie dough? 

We ship out Monday-Wednesday with a cutoff time of 12pm Eastern.

If your order comes in after 12pm Eastern on Wednesday, it'll be sent on Monday morning the following week.

NOTE: When there is a federal holiday, orders will be shipped on the next available business day.

The reason our cut off time is Wednesday at 12pm Eastern is to ensure your package makes its destination without a pause in transit.

Yes. Sales tax of 6.5% will be added to your order.
