Where can I purchase A Spoon Full of Hope items? Items can always be purchased on our A Spoon Full of Hope website. During the month of November 2018, the Soup for Good and Honey for Good products will be sold at all 4 Rivers Smokehouse restaurants throughout the Orlando area and at The Coop. Products can also be purchased at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida headquarters.
How long does shipping take? Deliveries are made on Tuesdays & Fridays in the metro Orlando area. If delivery is outside the metro Orlando area, UPS will offer a variety of shipping options when an order is placed through the Shopify site. Shipments will go out within one or two business days after order payment.
How can I pick products up at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida? Lunches for Good are available for pick up at the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida front desk, all other products will be delivered.
How is my order shipped? Metro Orlando deliveries are handled via delivery service. Deliveries outside metro Orlando will ship through UPS.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? Unfortunately, quantities cannot be changed once the order has been placed; however, orders can be canceled if it hasn’t yet shipped.

How much is my shipping? Metro Orlando shipping is $8.00 for orders under $100.00. Metro Orlando orders over $100.00 will ship for free. For shipping outside metro Orlando, UPS will determine the shipping cost by delivery location.
