Items can purchased on our website and at Second Harvest Food Bank’s main facility located at 411 Mercy Drive, Orlando, Florida 32805. You can also find our items in several Orlando-area stores.

How can I pick products up at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida?
Lunches for Good are available for pick up at the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida front desk, all other products will be delivered.

Order Status

How long does shipping take?
Shipments will go out within one or two business days after payment.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Unfortunately, quantities cannot be changed once the order has been placed; however, orders can be canceled if it hasn’t yet shipped.

How do I track my order?
USPS tracking information will be updated on your order page.

What happens when my expected order never arrives?

Once you sign into your account you will have the option to edit your account details. You will also be able to see your order history.

Product Orders

How much is my shipping?
Orders placed before 3 p.m. EST will typically be processed and shipped by the following business day. Shipping cost will be based on your zip code and your selected shipping method.

When will my order ship?
Metro Orlando deliveries are made on Tuesday and Friday. USPS is subject to the type of shipping selected.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes. Sales tax of 6.5% will be added to your order.

Lunch Orders

How do I get my lunch?
Individual lunch orders are currently available for pick up only. Lunch order pick up is between 11am and 12pm every weekday at the Second Harvest Food Bank reception desk located at 411 Mercy Drive, Orlando, Florida 32805.

When do I need to put in an order for lunch?
Orders must be received by 10am for pickup on the following day.

I want to order lunch for my volunteer group/event. Is this possible?

Catering

Where can I find the lunch drop and go menu?
Click here to view our two to-go buffet and boxed lunch options for your next event. Delivery is available Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Is there a delivery minimum?
The minimum is $150 for our lunch/buffet menu. 6.5% tax (unless tax exempt) and a 10% service fee will be applied to all orders.
